Where We Ship
Pawtrait currently ships exclusively to the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories).

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 24 hours of being placed (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day.

Shipping Times
• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

Shipping Rates
• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $35
• Orders under $35: $4.99 flat rate
• Expedited Shipping: $9.99 flat rate

Tracking
Every order includes free tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Order Updates
You'll receive an email at each step:
1. Order confirmation
2. Shipping confirmation with tracking
3. Out-for-delivery notification
4. Delivery confirmation

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact care@trypawtrait.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, email us immediately at care@trypawtrait.com. We can only update addresses on orders that haven't shipped yet.
