How to Request a Refund
Email us at care@trypawtrait.com with your order number. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
What's Eligible
• Unused or used Pawtrait Kits within 90 days of delivery
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (no time limit — we'll make it right immediately)
What's Not Eligible
• Final-sale items clearly marked as such at checkout
• Items returned after 90 days from delivery
Return Shipping
For standard refund requests, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary (typically 3-10 business days).
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange (different frame color, size, etc.), just mention it in your email. We'll ship the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package was marked delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
